The 2nd Experts Meeting was held in Beijing, China on October 19-20, 2015. Descriptions of the subtasks and roles of participants in each subtask were confirmed on this meeting. Thirty-eight participants representing 10 countries attended the meeting. The meeting was followed by an open forum entitled “Adaptive Comfort in Buildings”, which aimed to spread the concept and work of this Annex to the public. Nine Annex 69 experts presented their work on the forum.

The meeting and forum were hosted by Prof. Yingxin Zhu and Dr. Bin Cao at Tsinghua University. The next meeting is planned to be in UCL, London.
